What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Australia Post will be delivering your package to your nominated address. Unfortunately, parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes so a physical address will be required.

Currently we are only able to ship within Australia and to New Zealand.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We ship items that are in stock within 2 business days of payment.

The time taken for delivery will depend on the distance to be travelled and the service provided by Australia Post.  Please remember that a physical street address is required, not a PO Box number.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

BabyBots uses Stripe as the payment method for online purchases as it provides security for all.

All purchases are to be made in AUD – Australian dollars only.  All orders must be paid for at the time of checkout.  In the unlikely event that this is not possible, all payments must be made within three business days.  No exceptions.  Orders will not be despatched until full payment has been received.

If no payment is received within the three business days, only one notification will be sent and, if no response is received within 48 hours of that notification being sent, we will take this as you no longer want your order.  Your order will be canceled and the stock returned.

We are currently investigating AfterPay as a payment alternative but, until that final decision is made and customers are notified on this site, the previous information will stand.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

All possible security systems are in place and are updated regularly.  By using Stripe, no credit card details are disclosed and, therefore, cannot, and certainly would not, be stored or distributed.

How do I place an Order?

After perusing the extensive range of types, designs and colours of BabyBots products that are available for purchase in our online store, indicate your preferences and proceed to the checkout.  You will then be taken to Stripe, which provides confidence that your transaction is secure.  The process is simple and, once completed, you will be provided with your receipt.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

The quickest way to cancel or change an order is to send a text to Ruth at 0400 77 2224 explaining the changes you require.  Once the changes are made, you will receive a text indicating that your request has been fulfilled.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required.  Just shop with confidence and ease in our online store.  Enjoy the experience and know that your eco-friendly purchases are helping to reduce the appalling pollution issues that are affecting our world so negatively AND you are saving significant amounts of money.

How Can I Return a Product?

Products may be returned within seven days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging.  Postage is at your expense.  If an exchange is required, due to a change of mind, you will be required to pay the flat postage rate (applied to all online orders) again.  If an exchange is required, due to the unlikely event that the original product is faulty, BabyBots will pay the postage for your replacement product.
